The Ohio Psychological Association (OPA) is a dynamic and innovative membership organization representing 3,500 Ohio psychologists. Its mission is to advance psychology as a science, as a profession and as a means of promoting human welfare. The organization is seeking a dedicated multi-faceted individual who can play a pivotal role in streamlining the process of tracking mandatory continuing education for psychologists as well as contributing to the overall goals of the association. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with proven customer service skills, thrive in an environment of collaboration and be able to adjust to varying duties as dictated by the ebb and flow of a two-year reporting cycle.

Position:

The OPA-MCE Compliance Coordinator (part-time) is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and professional support for Ohio psychologists seeking continuing education (CE) credit, while also reinforcing the capacity of the OPA-MCE compliance officer, directors and CEO by completing delegated tasks by established deadlines. Half of the position’s function involves responsive, high-accountability administrative support to leadership in a deadline-driven environment. The coordinator must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail and timely follow-through in all assignments.
