Marketing and Trade Show Manager

The Ohio School Boards Association is accepting applications for the position of Marketing and Trade Show Manager. Primary responsibilities include managing and selling space for an annual trade show of 600-700 booths; selling advertising and sponsorships to corporate vendors; promoting membership awareness of the association’s various services; and developing and implementing an annual strategic marketing plan. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, planning and executing trade shows, project management, public speaking, writing, and social media marketing strategy. Requirements for the position include a degree in marketing, business, communications or related field, minimum of 5 years’ experience, Columbus metropolitan area residency, occasional evening and weekend work, and some travel within Ohio.
