Why One Association is Letting Its Chapters Take Over Instagram

The goal is to drive engagement, offer endless perspectives

The American Society of Landscape Architects, which always has something interesting happening on social media during its World Landscape Architecture Month, is upping the ante next month by letting individual chapters run its Instagram page for a day.

When next month’s World Landscape Architecture Monthbegins in earnest, the American Society of Landscape Architects will be ready to celebrate the event with a whole bunch of pretty pictures.

Starting April 1, ASLA will let each of its chapters take over its Instagram feed for a day, for 49 days in all. That’s no small deal, either, as the group has more than 28,000 followers on Instagram.
