Destination Dayton Leads Special Hospitality Efforts for NATO Parliamentary Assembly Spring Session

As the eyes of the world turn to Dayton, Ohio for the 2025 NATO Parliamentary Assembly (NATO PA) Spring Session taking place May 22–26, 2025, Destination Dayton is rolling out a comprehensive hospitality initiative to welcome delegates, staff, and guests from across the nation and world.

Destination Dayton, the official destination marketing organization for Dayton and Montgomery County, has launched a dedicated website and mobile app widget specifically designed for NATO PA visitors. The site highlights Dayton and Montgomery County’s exceptional attractions, renowned arts and culture scene, dynamic dining destinations, and abundant outdoor recreation.

To further enhance the visitor experience, Destination Dayton has partnered with dozens of local businesses on a special “Show Your NATO PA Badge” discount program, offering exclusive deals at restaurants, shops, and attractions throughout Dayton and Montgomery County. A curated list of downtown businesses eager to welcome delegates is also featured on the landing page.

Destination Dayton is working closely with local hospitality partners to ensure seamless experiences across all touchpoints. Destination Dayton staff and ambassadors will be stationed throughout the downtown area during the event to greet delegates and provide information about things to do in Dayton and Montgomery County.

"The first impression we leave with these visitors could influence future business, diplomatic, and tourism opportunities for Dayton and Montgomery County," Powell added. Destination Dayton is also coordinating bus transportation and assembling VIP welcome bags and Dayton-branded snack packs filled with locally made items. With more than 1,000 attendees, including more than 300 voting delegates from NATO PA member nations, this significant international event provides an opportunity to showcase Dayton and Montgomery County as world-class destinations.
