Ohio Private Employer Rates See Significant Reduction

This is due to a rate reduction approved by the BWC's board

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) Administrator John Logue announced at the February board meeting that Ohio’s private employers will pay nearly $67 million less in workers’ compensation premiums in the next fiscal year due to a 7 percent rate reduction approved by the BWC Board of Directors.
