Glass City Riverwalk is a Major Recreational Investment

It is attracting investment to Toledo

The Glass City Riverwalk is a more than $200 million project that will transform miles of shoreline along the Maumee River. It's a multi-year project.

Work is well underway, and city leaders say it’s been a big boost for investment. The project will provide all kinds of recreational opportunities and beautification projects, but Toledo leaders say it's also been a driving force behind significant investment.

Adding that it's the perfect example of how public-sector investment can drive private-sector investment.
