In today's dynamic society, as we celebrate Women's History Month, it's undeniable that women have made remarkable strides within the workforce. Yet, despite these advancements, they continue to grapple with pervasive disparities, particularly concerning equal pay, visibility, and the opportunity to fully unleash their potential.

According to recent research, Women earned an average of 17% less than men in 2022. For every dollar earned by men, women earned 82 cents. When comparing women and men with the same job title, seniority level and hours worked, a gender gap of 11% still exists in terms of take-home pay.

However, as we embark on the journey of 2024, a notable shift in the perception of women is underway—a transformative wave where women are no longer acquiescing to subpar treatment.
