Strong Storms Leave Heavy Damage Across Central Ohio

A large storm system moved through Wednesday morning

Strong storms that moved across central Ohio in the overnight hours of Wednesday have left behind heavy damage to homes and flooding in some areas. 

The storms prompted the National Weather Service (NWS) to issue tornado warnings and watches in the area. They have all since expired.

More than 7,200 customers with AEP Ohio are without power.
