An East Cleveland Woman's Inspiring Story of Helping Others

She donating thousands of books to encourage kids to read

A local woman is inspiring black children everywhere across Ohio, making a difference one page at a time.

Sasha Becket-Abdullah runs ABC-Read, a nonprofit she started after feeling that her children didn't have access to enough books representing them.

One mother's dream is now a reality. She's filling up thousands of homes with books representing black culture, people and experiences.
