Ohio Osteopathic Association Selects New Executive Director

Heidi Weber, MBA, will begin her tenure on March 1, 2024

Heidi Weber, MBA, an experienced association management executive with a successful history of leading organizations through change and fostering innovation, has been hired as the Ohio Osteopathic Association's (OOA) executive director. Her tenure will commence March 1, 2024.

Most recently, Weber served as executive director of the Alpha Omega International Dental Society, a global dental organization with more than 100 chapters across 10 countries. During her tenure, she strengthened the organization’s financial standing, broadened its influence, increased member engagement and implemented an ROI-centric business model.  

Her academic credentials include an MBA from Webster University and an undergraduate degree in political science from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
