Public Employer True-up is Due

The BWC needs payments by Feb. 15, 2024

It’s time for public employer’s to complete the annual payroll true-up for the Jan. 1, 2023 to Dec. 31, 2023 policy year.

True-up is due by Feb. 15, 2024 and employers must complete the payroll true-up report online.  For additional information, view the Payroll true-up reports overview page.
