OMA Names Tom Evans its new Communications and Marketing Director

He previously worked for the Ohio Senate majority caucus

Tom Evans has joined The Ohio Manufacturers' Association (OMA) as the organization's director of communications and marketing. In this role, Evans will be a key contact for members of the news media, while helping oversee information services for OMA members.

Evans, an Ohio native who grew up in Dallas, Texas, previously worked for the Ohio Senate majority caucus as the digital media manager and deputy press secretary.

Evans received his bachelor's degree in journalism from Abilene Christian University. After his undergraduate years, he enlisted in the Army and spent several years stationed in Japan. He most recently received his master of public administration from Ohio University.
