Why Jeff Bezos Doesn't Compromise, and When You Shouldn't

Imagine you and a partner/colleague/friend disagree. They state their opinion; you state yours. They feel this; you feel that.

How do you resolve the conflict? Typically, especially if you value the relationship, you compromise.
