These tools can help improve essential efforts

Entities ranging from businesses to schools to nonprofit agencies are striving to build and support efforts toward better diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I). These organizations not only seek to offer more opportunities for people with varied backgrounds, experiences and abilities to participate, but also to ensure the services they offer meet the needs of everyone in the community.

While this is decidedly a person-first endeavor, artificial intelligence (AI) and other technology tools can help bridge certain gaps and improve essential efforts.
