Ohio BWC Announces Public Employer True-up is Coming

Employers must complete the report online by Feb. 15, 2024

Today, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) announced that the public employer true-up period begins on Jan. 1, 2024. Employers must complete the payroll true-up report online by Feb. 15, 2024.
