IAAPA Attendees Recognize Bob Pacanovsky for His Great Work

He received a special distinction following a recent presentation

Attendees at the International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions (IAAPA) Expo, which was held in Orlando, Florida, Nov. 13-17, 2023, awarded professional speaker and OSAP member Bob Pacanovsky, The Black Tie Experience, as their conference's highest-rated education session 

Pacanovsky's session, "The BIG 4 to Create More Storytellers for your Organization," received the highest rating of any of the education sessions on Tuesday, Nov. 14, according to IAAPA, Tatvam Analytics and Avius.

Pacanovsky made his first trip to the IAAPA Expo and spoke on two topics in two days. His topics focused on delivering hospitality and service excellence, as well as building loyalty and revenue with company events. This year's annual IAAPA Expo was attended by more than 25,000 professionals from across the globe in the attractions and amusement park industries.

"The IAAPA Expo was a fantastic event for me to participate as a speaker," Pacanovsky said. "I was able to connect and share my messages with people, in person and from across the world. And to receive an award as the highest-rated speaker for one of the education days was a bonus and a wonderful surprise."

Pacanovsky achieved professional membership with the National Speakers Association (NSA) and has spoken at associations and companies in 28 states and Canada. He has presented multiple times at OSAP annual conferences and events. He has also presented for OTA, OASBO and other OSAP member organizations.

Pacanovsky is a professional speaker and Trainer with his own company: The Black Tie Experience. He works with both nonprofit and for-profit organizations to help them achieve the highest levels of hospitality and service excellence so that they can attract and retain more customers and employees.
