i3 Merchant Solutions Announces Rebranding

The company president announced its now i3 Commerce Technology

Tom DeBord, the president of i3 Merchant Solutions, made an announcement to its clients, shareholders and the media on Dec. 4, 2023. He announced that i3 Merchant Solutions is now i3 Commerce Technology.

"Our new name better reflects the leading-edge payment-embedded products and services we provide," DeBord said. "We're technology experts, and we leverage the latest technologies to help make your business the most efficient and profitable."

As part of i3 Verticals, i3 Commerce Technology serves businesses and organizations of all kinds, from nonprofits, retail and hospitality to professional services, B2B, B2G and more. The company builds and packages software, hardware and payments solutions to optimize its clients' operations and get them paid faster, safer and smarter.

"Rest assured that even though our name is changing, our commitment to our clients is not," DeBord added. "You may notice updates to our email signatures, website URL, billing statements, etc., but behind the scenes, we're still the same folks delivering the same legendary responsiveness and customer satisfaction."
