DeWine Issues Quarantine Advisory
People traveling to Ohio from high-testing rate states are being warned
Today, Governor Mike DeWine announced a travel advisory for people coming into the state from other states with testing rates of 15 percent or higher for COVID-19 (coronavirus).
The recommendation is that people self-quarantine for 14 days after coming to Ohio from one of those states. The list will be updated weekly.
Currently, states at 15 percent or higher are Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Mississippi, Nevada, South Carolina and Texas. The advisory also includes Puerto Rico.
