COVID-19 Update: 70,775 confirmed cases in Ohio, 2,916 Deaths

Today, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) released the state’s latest COVID-19 (coronavirus) statistics. The agency reported 1,071 newly confirmed cases and 41 hospitalizations on Sunday. 

Additionally, the department reported 70,775 confirmed cases, 2,916 deaths, 9,473 hospitalizations and 51,068 presumed recoveries.

ODH is also reporting 4,177 probable cases and 258 additional deaths under an expanded case definition of COVID-19 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
