Ohio Health Officials: 247 Cases of COVID-19

Three deaths have been confirmed thus far

Ohio health officials confirmed two more coronavirus deaths, raising the state total to three. Gov. Mike DeWine hinted that an announcement about more closures could occur Sunday.

A look at coronavirus-related developments in Ohio:

Confirmed cases, testing numbers as of March 21:

  • 3 deaths (1 in Cuyahoga County, 1 in Erie County and 1 in Lucas County)
  • 247 confirmed cases in Ohio
  • 58 hospitalizations
  • Age range of cases: 1-91 years of age; median age of 51
  • Cases are 108 females, 139 males
