Being a leader we often find ourselves asking a lot of questions. How is it going? What’s the problem? How could we do better? And so on. But how many of us turn that inquisitive mind towards ourselves, and ask ourselves those probing questions which might help improve us as leaders.

Here are 9 questions that great leaders ask themselves daily that help them in their leadership.

Am I accountable?
Leadership defines culture and if you want a culture of accountability it starts at the top. The leader must show accountability if he wants others to follow suit. Are you showing accountability, and if so, what could you do to be even more accountable.
