Assistant Director
The Ohio Association for Career and Technical Education
The Ohio Association for Career and Technical Education is a small association that is growing in activity and scope and needs an assistant director to help with oversight and implementation of projects and programs, specifically membership and events. They have retained the Vortechs Group recruiting firm to hire their new Assistant Director.
A hands-on, high energy team player who thrives working alone or with a group/committee is ideal for this position.
Small office located in Westerville, big plans and lots of areas in which to make an impact on students’ education opportunities are awaiting the right candidate.
In order to be successful, this position requires:
- Someone who is comfortable using technology to perform administrative tasks as well as take part in strategic planning/performance
- With a focus on membership and events, a background in either is ideal
- 3-5 years’ experience, either in a non-profit professional association or other related work environment
- Full time (although part time would be considered), minimal travel in Ohio, and flexible benefits are offered to the right candidate
