His facilitation skills have been honed through thousands of hours working with leaders across the country. He is a TEDx speaker, devoted husband and father, avid outdoorsman and is constantly finding ways to improve his mental, physical and emotional health and wellness. He lives in beautiful Coeur d’alene, Idaho with his amazing wife, two sons, and whatever pets they bring home.
