Dealing with Generational Differences in Language, Perceptions and Values

Webinar

When you ask the question, “What would you like to learn from this experience?,” different people hear the question differently based on their age, their experiences and their career development.

The webinar, "You Want me to go Where, for What, When? Dealing with Generational Differences in Language, Perceptions and Values” addresses the various differences in the many generations that currently comprise our workforce. Presented by Terrie Huston, of Intergenerational Communication Solutions.

Believe it or not, four and, sometimes, five generations make up the integral mix of most organizations both internally and externally. The vast age span represented, from 16 to 85+ years, means that generationally-driven issues are inevitable. In this webinar, participants will gain a greater understanding of what contributes to generational differences while also learning how to use these differences to build stronger working relationships with their colleagues and their existing and potential membership base.
