Diversity Toolbox
Whether your interest is adapting a written policy, conducting research, finding a speaker, funding or inspiration for fresh ideas, we encourage you to explore and find many documents, links, forms and other diversity rich resources within the Diversity Toolbox. This is just the beginning . . . our goal is to make the Diversity Toolbox an ongoing project, with quarterly reviews, to create a storehouse of information for association executives about diversity.
In principal and in practice, OSAE values and seeks diverse and inclusive participation within the field of association management. OSAE promotes involvement and access to leadership opportunity to all members regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability. OSAE will continue to provide leadership and commit time and resources to advance this objective. OSAE will develop strategies and initiatives to promote and welcome diversity within the board, staff, and membership of OSAE and provide tools for its members' organizations regarding diversity.
