Consent to use of photographic images: Registration and attendance at or participation in OSAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to OSAE’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image in photographs, videotapes, and electronic reproduction of such events and activates. 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations received in writing by July 5, 2018 will be honored with a full refund.  A 60-percent surcharge will be retained on cancellations are received between July 6-12; No credits or refunds after July 12. Payment Policy

Payment for all registrations, optional events, sponsorships and exhibits are due no later than July 14, 2018. A late fee of 15 percent will be assessed to outstanding invoices after that date. 

If you are paying with a credit card, please do not forward your registration as an email attachment as this is not PCI compliant.
