As recent headlines attest, leaders can no longer assume that their leadership position - be it staff or volunteer - will be blindly followed, or that what worked in the past will produce results in the future. Hear the advice of the Chairman of the Board of ASAE, Peter O'Neil, FASAE, CAE and Executive Director of the American Industrial Hygiene Association in Fairfax VA. Peter will highlight the changing practices of leadership and management in organizations such as ASAE and AIHA.

Following the luncheon, Peter will facilitate a CEO-only Roundtable from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
