Your Comments Section is Not a Community

There are better, real ways to build connections

One of the greatest misconceptions of modern digital business is that your comments section is a community.

It’s not.

Now, I know this will be controversial, so hear me out. And let me say upfront that I am un-apologetically self-interested in making this point because I absolutely love and value the power, value and straight-up fun of creating a real community. It’s not only my business, but it’s my personal mission to arm digital brands with the ability to connect their most relevant fans and followers to each other, and build lasting relationships between them.
