The Ohio School Boards Association is seeking applicants for the position of Deputy Executive Director. This individual will manage the association in the absence of the executive director, represent the association on educational issues and assist the executive director in continuous monitoring and evaluation of the programs, services and needs of the association. The deputy executive director will also coordinate the implementation of the association’s strategic plan, and oversee membership engagement and retention. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communications skills, a strong background in public speaking, a college degree in business, management, educational leadership or a related field and experience in senior leadership. Association and educational experience as well as a Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential is a plus.
