Production Coordinator

Ohio Health Care Association, a professional association located in Lewis Center, OH, has an immediate opening for a part-time (20 hours) production coordinator. 

Position Description:

Performs a wide range of office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. The Production Coordinator will work collaboratively with our team to prepare items for association events and mailings. We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and service-minded person to join our team. This is an excellent position for an individual who would like to join an established organization and be an integral member of our team. 

Position Requirements:

  • Organization and time management skills, ability to multitask with attention to detail.
  • Interacts professionally with all internal and external members using exceptional customer service skills.
  • Assist with details for annual convention and other educational events.
  • Maintain inventory and ordering of office supplies, products and educational materials.
  • Transport mailings to post office and maintain inventory of mailing supplies (trays, sacks & tray sleeves)
  • Compile mass mailings (stuff envelopes, utilizing postage equipment, copy machines, and data entry)
  • Prepare handouts for educational programs (30-250 attendees) including copying, collating and shipping
  • Maintain mailing lists; update database as needed
  • Taking and shipping of orders
  • Answer phones as needed.
  • Self-starter; ability to multitask, work independently and as a member of a team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma. Additional education/training preferred.
  • Able to lift (35) pounds
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Pitney Bowes mailing software (ConnectRight), Canon copiers (Canon) and UPS CampusShip preferred but not necessary
