Accounting Clerk (20 - 30 hours per week)
Ohio Association of Community Health Centers
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform accounting and clerical functions to support the CFO and association staff
- Prepare (ensure proper paperwork has been submitted with request) and input accounts payable
- Prepare, input and follow-up accounts receivable
- Reconcile various general ledger accounts
- Reconcile Association bank statements
- Assist with management and integration of the Association database and accounting software programs
- Assist conference/training staff with billing, financial tracking and reporting of event revenue, expenses and profitability
- Perform filing and clerical work as needed
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Experience with accounting software, QuickBooks preferred
- Competency with MS office, specifically Excel and Word
- Detail oriented and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
