Accounting Clerk (20 - 30 hours per week)

Ohio Association of Community Health Centers

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform accounting and clerical functions to support the CFO and association staff
  • Prepare (ensure proper paperwork has been submitted with request) and input accounts payable
  • Prepare, input and follow-up accounts receivable
  • Reconcile various general ledger accounts
  • Reconcile Association bank statements
  • Assist with management and integration of the Association database and accounting software programs
  • Assist conference/training staff with billing, financial tracking and reporting of event revenue, expenses and profitability
  • Perform filing and clerical work as needed

 Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • Experience with accounting software, QuickBooks preferred
  • Competency with MS office, specifically Excel and Word
  • Detail oriented and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
