Tri-Village Chamber Partnership

Title: Membership Manager
Position: Part-Time (20-25 hrs/week)

Position Summary: Act as the primary sales associate of the Chamber with a focus on attracting new members and strengthening relationships and partnerships with existing members. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Attract new members and retain existing members
  • Promote and communicate the benefits of membership
  • Develop and follow membership plan including weekly call reports
  • Work with Communications & Events Manager to promote members and member benefits via social media outlets
  • Customer/Member database management
  • Manage membership renewal process
  • Main point of contact for membership directory in print and online
  • Attend and promote Ribbon Cutting/Open Houses
  • Work closely with Membership Ambassadors to develop strategies and programs to enhance member engagement
  • Assist with chamber event planning aspects (sponsor and vendor solicitation, logistics, etc.)
  • Work all chamber events
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Strong Sales and Marketing background
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills 
  • Event planning background a plus
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently 
  • Must represent the Chamber with highest level of standards and customer service
  • Demonstrated experience in above requirements or degreed education in related field
