Workshop
Join your peers for this insightful OSAE workshop designed to help association professionals dismantle patterns and routines that hold us hostage to complacency and allow us to re-imagine what is and is not possible within our cultures. Attendees will walk away with insights on how they can transform their work environment into a culture of innovation. Chad J. Willett, the author of Smash the Box, creates cultures of innovation where walls are removed, judgment is suspended, focus is sharpened and team work is exemplified. This session will offer all that and more! Groups that create cultures of innovation turn ideas into actions and become their industries' game changers.
Smash the Box is a one-of-a-kind experience that includes:
Transformation: Groups will create a culture of innovation that suspends judgment and allows all voices to be heard
Innovation: Innovative strategies and technique designed for working America
Improvisation: Using the art of improvisation to think, act, and perform up to one’s creative potential
Entertainment: Scenes from “Saturday Night Live” highlighting the principles discussed in “Smash the Box”
Interaction: Members receive free signed copies of Chad’s book “Smash the Box” by participating in skits and the Q & A session

Credit Hours
As a CAE Approved Provider educational program related to the CAE exam content outline, this program may be applied for 3 credits toward your CAE application or renewal professional development requirements.
Consent to use of photographic images: Registration and attendance at or participation in OSAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to OSAE’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image in photographs, videotapes, and electronic reproduction of such events and activates.
All cancellations by Mar 3, 2017 will be honored with a full refund. A 60 percent surcharge will be retained for cancellations received Mar. 4-8, 2017. Onsite registration fees apply. No credits or refunds will be issued after that date. NO SHOWS WILL BE INVOICED.
