Crisis Communications: How to Plan and Respond to PR Challenges

Whether it was the good-intentions effort of General Mills Cheerios to disperse flower seeds to strengthen the bee population without consulting if the flowers were invasive species to their regions or United's blunder of tearing a passenger from his seat and the bloody fallout that followed, PR dilemmas abound in today's social media-fueled age.

So, how can you prepare for a public relations conundrum? Join your OSAE peers and other industry leaders at the Q2 Luncheon Meeting on May 5, 2017 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus to learn how you can be safeguard your organization and members from an unplanned PR or communications crisis.
